We can't say enough positive things about Jay and the job he did for us selling our home and advising on the purchase of another home out of the area. He really knows his business, and everything he advised us was "right on". The sale was very fast because of how he promoted the listing and created interest before we even were to begin showing the house. He stayed involved all the way through the sale. Jay is very friendly, outgoing, professional, and knowledgeable in this business. He stays involved throughout the entire process. And, no, I'm not his mother or sister raving about him. We didn't know him before but he was highly recommended to us and we are so happy we went with him and not another realtor we were considering.
